Little Lady Raider Basketball

All girls in grades Kindergarten through 5^th grade are invited to attend Little Lady Raider basketball mini-camps.  The athletes will be introduced to the fundamental skills of basketball that can create them into confident players for the future.  We will work on dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, and basic fundamental basketball skills that will turn them into better team players.  They will receive instruction from the Rapid City Stevens Lady Raider basketball coaching staff and high school players.

Group instruction will vary on age and abilities.  Our goal as a coaching staff is to encourage our athletes to practice their fundamental skills, encourage them to improve, and answer basketball related questions so that they can succeed and enjoy the game of basketball.

Little Lady Raider basketball is open and free to any young ladies, Kindergarten through 5^th grade,  that would like to attend.  Donations are welcome, and all proceeds will be used to support the Stevens Lady Raider basketball team throughout the season.

·         Saturday, October 10, 2009 @ Stevens High School Gym               9am – 11am

·         Saturday, October 31, 2009 @ Stevens High School Gym               9am – 11am

·         Saturday, November 7, 2009 @ Stevens High School Gym              9am – 11am

The Lady Raider basketball program will be offering an all day basketball clinic on November 14th, 2009.  More information will be sent out in the future.
